Who is Intangible Treasures?
How am I involved in the process of creating Intangible Treasures products?
Your personal experiences and perspective are incredibly valuable to the successful generation of your personalized legacy product. As the customer, you will provide us with photos, stories, recipes, bios, and design/illustration preference. Once you have provided your memories and pictures, your work is complete. We will create a beautiful product for your community/family to treasure.
For additional support or to request a product not listed on our website, we invite you to sign up for a consultation with our Founder Cemeré James to determine how Intangible Treasure can support you.
Can one book be personalized for multiple people?
Family yearbooks and cookbooks are designed to share updates, stories, and/or recipes of one or multiple people.
Our children’s books are designed to focus on one main character, however, you are welcome to name all the children you are purchasing for on the tribute page in your book.
How much of my time will be needed?
Are books offered in other languages as well?
Do you ship outside of the US?
Currently, we only ship within the US, but we're working to expand our shipping options in the near future.

How do I check my order status?
If you created an account with us when making your purchase, you may log in to your account at yourintangibletreasures.com/my-account to check the status of your order.
If your purchase was made as a guest, you may request the status of your order by submitting an inquiry to our team via our contact page at yourintangibletreasures.com/support.
Can books be ordered in electronic format?
My family loved the book and I need more copies, can I order more?
What is your cancellation policy?
You don’t need to give us a reason, however, you may not be eligible for a refund. For cancellations taking place within 7 business days of your order date, Intangible Treasure will provide an 80% refund of your payment. Intangible Treasure will not provide refunds for cancellations taking place after 7 business days from your order date.

Intangible Treasures creates keepsakes for families and communities, not items for resale. We are happy to recommend publishers. Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].
We recognize that some customers will be so pleased with our products that they seek wider distribution. Publishing our products will require a contractual agreement to ensure recognition and compensation for the Intangible Treasures creative team. Customers who publish books created by Intangible Treasures without our knowledge and consent are subject to legal action. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
Does Intangible Treasures use AI?
At Intangible Treasures, we incorporate AI features in the production of our products. This allows us to enhance efficiency and innovation in our processes.
However, we want to assure you that our talented team of creatives, illustrators, writers, and designers, play a crucial and irreplaceable role in our work. Their unique skills and creativity are essential to our success and are not supplanted by AI.
