If a customer fails to provide the required information or materials necessary to complete their project within 10 days after the specified deadline, Intangible Treasures reserves the right to pause the project until the requested information is received. Reactivation of the project will require a reactivation fee of $30 if the customer did not receive written approval to pause their project. This fee must be which must be paid in full before work on the project can resume. This fee is applicable to any delays caused by the customer’s failure to meet the provided deadlines.
